Return Process

  Log into your Oyela account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your unique return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot through our portal for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement size will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
